Inclusions vary by experience and are clearly detailed on each tour page. Information such as the attractions visited, guiding services, entrance fees, highlights, meals, and transportation (when applicable) can be found in the tour description. As a general rule, all advertised attractions, entrance fees, and applicable taxes included in the itinerary are covered by the price displayed at the time of booking. In some cases, optional add-ons may be available to enhance your experience, such as transfers, wine tastings, or other complementary services. Any additional costs will always be clearly communicated in advance. We recommend bringing some cash for personal expenses, particularly when visiting more rural areas where card payments may not always be accepted. However, most restaurants, cafés, and shops throughout Portugal do accept major credit and debit cards. Unless otherwise specified during the booking process, no additional charges will be requested during your experience.

Depending on the destination and tour selected, we may be able to add, remove, or modify certain elements of the itinerary to better suit your preferences. Please note that customized itineraries, additional services, or special requests may involve an extra cost, which will always be communicated and agreed upon before your booking is confirmed. Portugal's historic towns, monuments, and attractions often feature steep hills, uneven surfaces, stairs, and limited vehicle access. As a result, some destinations may not be suitable for travelers with certain mobility limitations. Accessibility information is provided in each tour description whenever applicable. Our private tours are designed for groups of up to 6 guests, ensuring a comfortable and personalized experience. For larger groups, we may be able to accommodate additional participants with advance notice. For our shared small-group experiences, we aim to keep group sizes to a maximum of 5 guests whenever possible. This allows for greater comfort, more interaction with your guide, and a more relaxed atmosphere throughout the experience. Whether you choose a private or shared tour, our goal is to provide a personal, engaging, and enjoyable way to discover Portugal.

All of our standard tours are conducted in English. For private experiences, we may also be able to offer tours in Portuguese or Spanish, subject to guide availability. As many of our experiences explore lesser-known destinations and specialized routes, only a limited number of guides are qualified to lead certain tours in multiple languages. To arrange a tour in Portuguese or Spanish, we recommend contacting us at least one week in advance. While we cannot guarantee availability, we will do our best to accommodate your request. For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the experience start time. If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the experience start time, 50% of the total booking value will be retained. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience start time, 100% of the booking value will be retained. Changes requested less than 24 hours before the experience start time cannot be guaranteed and may not be accepted. All cut-off times are based on the local time of the experience. Please note that we are not responsible for missed flights, cruises, trains, or other connections due to circumstances beyond our control, including traffic conditions, weather events, strikes, road closures, or other unforeseen situations.

Many of our experiences are family-friendly, and we are happy to recommend the most suitable options based on the ages and interests of your children. Special pricing may apply depending on the child's age. Children under 6 years old can join our private tours free of charge. For shared small-group experiences, a reduced child rate may apply depending on the tour. For safety reasons, it is essential that you inform us of the age of any children traveling with you at the time of booking. This allows us to provide the appropriate child or infant safety seat, as required by Portuguese regulations. Please note that if a child's age is not disclosed in advance and the appropriate safety seat is unavailable, we may be unable to start the tour until suitable arrangements can be made.
